Please note that during this busy holiday season that the estimated shipping time is not guaranteed even for expedited delivery. However, we will ship orders as fast as possible Monday – Friday.
Please purchase IN STOCK and each PRE-ORDER item separately. If it is purchased together, then your order will be dispatched after ALL the purchased items have been released and/or reached us.
Please note that Most of our products are currently shipped directly from our warehouse in China. The shipping time consists of three parts: processing time, international transit, and the last leg of delivery. For more details, please see below.
Delivery Costs

U.K. and European Economic Area
The processing time is 1-3 working days. International transit in 5-8 working days, unless indicated otherwise in the product page. The final leg of the delivery may vary depending on the country or region, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days.
The final leg of delivery may vary depending on the region. Generally speaking, the delivery speed in the UK is slightly faster compared to the EEA.
The expected total delivery time (use UK as an example) = 2 days processing time + 6 days international transit + 2 days final delivery (using Royal Mail Tracked 48) = 10 working days. Based on past experience, delivery is usually faster under normal circumstances.
